Clarksburg Guitar Studio has been started by Dave Rogoza. Dave is a highly experienced guitar teacher with over 20 years of experience and an impressive performance resume. He has played on some of the largest stages in the area, including The Hamilton Theater, M&T Bank Stadium, The Hippodrome, FedEx Field, MD Live, Farm Brew Live, the 8x10 club, Ottobar, and Metro Gallery. His music has also been featured on Baltimore radio stations 98 Rock and 89.7 WTMD.

 

A graduate of Towson University with a B.S. in Music Education, Dave has spent the last 9 years as the Music Director of Poolesville High school where he teaches Guitar 1&2, AP Music Theory, Band, Orchestra, Chorus, and Music Technology. He is experienced in playing and teaching all styles including; Pop, Rock, Classical, and Jazz. He has previously taught at multiple studios in the Baltimore area, including The School of Rock Baltimore, Garrett Park Guitars Annapolis, and Dundalk Music School. He has taught students of all ages, including those with disabilities and special needs. Dave is now opening his after-school schedule to a select group of motivated students who share a passion for guitar and music.
